National
Communicator.
Professional development for people responsible for congressional communications.
THE IDEA
A profession deserves its own infrastructure.
Congressional communications calls for judgment, knowledge of institutions, practical skill, and a way to learn from what actually happens. National Communicator is Ocean Star’s effort to support that work as a profession.
Originally developed as a working prototype, National Communicator is now returning to active development under Ocean Star Communications.
